USER AGREEMENT
 

The written content herein declares the terms of using this website, and is known as the user agreement. These conditions shall apply to all users whatever the intended purpose of using this site. For reason of clarity the term user shall generally refer to all users of this website Namely: Enquirers, Buyers or Sellers, Suppliers, Providers, Companies, Contractors, Consultants, and or individual persons otherwise known as the customers, brokers or dealing parties.

Using this Website

Boileronline website is structured to function in two ways. It is operated under the management of ICI Caldaie ltd  primarily to market the sales of new industrial and commercial boiler plant.  Contact details including telephone numbers and email addresses are provided solely for these enquiries which may also include other directly related services such as design, turnkey installations, boiler service contracts and product warranties.
 

Additionally Boileronline will accept and consider enquiries related to boilers manufacturered by other companies, typically boiler servicing, boiler repairs, boiler hire, used boilers, and any other products and services that may be added to this website from time to time.

Enquiries not directly related to ICI Caldaie Ltd products and services ( UK division ) will only be processed following receipt of the relevant Boileronline contact form which will then be forwarded to our recommended service providers for their processing prior to transmittal of a response.

User Acceptance Conditions
 

Prior to using this website boileronline and ICI Caldaie Ltd expects each user to familiarise themselves with these conditions, and be fully aware of its meanings and written contents herein, thereby accepting this agreement totally in all its entirety and without reservation. 

Any user who does not wish to accept this agreement, should not make use of this website for any business or reference purposes whatsoever.

Boileronline and ICI Caldaie Ltd do not accept any responsibility for the outcome of any contractual dispute or disagreements which may result from errors and or omissions relating to using any information from this website. 

All content herein is provided in good faith, without any guarantee of its absolute conciseness. Boileronline and ICI Caldaie Ltd are absolved of accountability or any resulting outcome and consequences that may result from using this web content.
 
All users of this site shall fully acknowledge and accept without reservations, that any reliance upon data within our web pages, received via emails, webmails, links to and from other sites and or by any other method and means of transmitting such information to and from any particular person or entity, either in relation to and or resulting from any enquirers correspondences to advertise, source, or request any specific products or services shall always be at the users own risk.

Boileronline and ICI Caldaie Ltd respects these sources and is in no way trying to infringe on the respective copyrights or businesses of any such existing entities. 

Contractual Agreements
 

With the exception of new boiler plant sales, in which case ICI Caldaie Spa ( Italy ) general terms, conditions and warranties shall apply, boileronline do not contractually partake directly or indirectly in any other related negotiation nor transaction between any parties, and as such are not involved in any conditional negotiation or agreement, or for that matter any dispute should such a situation arise at any time during and following the completion of any business between any or all of the said parties. 
 

Furthermore other than for new boiler plant sales boileronline and ICI Caldaie Ltd do not have any influence whatsoever over the terms and conditions of sale, purchasing nor any existing preceding and or ongoing contractual matters that have been agreed between any or all of the said parties prior to any particular contractual agreement taking place.

Force Majeure shall apply: Under no circumstances shall this website be held liable for any delays, failures, disruptions of any services delivered, whether resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its control.
 

Amendments to this User Agreement - Site content - Privacy and Accessibility policies
 

Boileronline and ICI Caldaie Ltd may from time to time change, modify, amend, or update this agreement, privacy and accessibility policies, including any technical, non technical or image content within its pages without any prior notification to the user (s) In such instances any amendements made herein, shall be deemed to be effective immediately upon posting onto this website. The latest revision shall be displayed at the foot of this page. 
 

It is at all times the user(s) responsibility to check for any such changes. Continuous use of the service without awareness of amendments will signify acceptance of the latest terms and conditions of this user agreement, which may include modification to the site content.

Legal Terms
 

In the event of any dispute and litigation issues arising between involved parties, either as a result of using information or from any business dealings via this website. All legal proceedings conducted shall be governed in all respect by the Laws of the United Kingdom.
